Adyen are our online payment gateway who perform our security checks and act as a processor on our behalf. The only information we provide them with is your name, address and order details to meet business and legal requirements.

Couriers and Delivery Providers

We have a number of couriers and delivery providers that act on our behalf delivering your order from our door to yours.  These include: Hermes, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Royal Mail. The only information we provide them with is your name, phone number and delivery address, as well as the details surrounding your order.

Google Analytics tracks customer behaviour and is used in order to help us personalise our services and marketing to our customers.

How Long We Keep Your Data For

 

Lucille London only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

 

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
